Brintellix (Vortioxetine Hydrobromide) - 10mg (10 Tablets)
Uses
Brintellix (Vortioxetine Hydrobromide) is a modern antidepressant that is used to treat large depressive episodes in adults. The mechanism of action of Brintellix (Vortioxetine Hydrobromide) is associated with its direct modulating serotonergic activity and inhibition of the serotonin transporter protein. Brintellix (Vortioxetine Hydrobromide) corrects neurotransmission in several systems, primarily serotonergic, but probably also noradrenergic, dopaminergic, neurotransmission mediated by histamine, acetylcholine, GABA and glutamate. Such broad pharmacological activity underlies the antidepressant and anxiolytic properties of vortioxetine, and also contributes to the improvement of cognitive functions, learning and memory.
