Uses
VesiBeta 25 (Mirabegron) is used for the symptomatic treatment of spontaneous urge for urination, increased frequency of urination and / or urinary incontinence that may occur in adult patients with hyperactive bladder syndrome (HABS).
VesiBeta 25 (Mirabegron) is a powerful selective beta-3-adrenoceptor stimulator. As a result, the drug increases the average amount of urine in urination and reduces the frequency of urination without contracting the bladder muscle outside of urination.
Dosage and Administration
Always follow your doctor`s instructions when using VesiBeta 25 (Mirabegron) to get the safest and most effective results from treatment. Typically, the recommended dose is 2 tablets (50 mg) once a day regardless of food intake.
The tablets must be swallowed whole, washed down with a glass of water, do not chew, crumble or break.
The missed dose should be taken as soon as possible. It is advisable to skip the missed dose if it is already time for your next scheduled dose. Do not use extra medicine to make up for the missed dose.
Side effects
The use of VesiBeta 25 (Mirabegron) may cause side effects in some patients including:

- vaginal infection
- cystitis
- tachycardia
- heartbeat
- headache, dizziness
- nausea
- constipation or diarrhea
- gastritis
- dyspepsia
- urticaria
- macular and papular rash

Precautions
VesiBeta 25 (Mirabegron) may increase blood pressure. Blood pressure should be measured before beginning treatment and periodically throughout the course of treatment. Patients with hypertension should see a doctor regularly.
Since the amount of data on the use of the drug during pregnancy is limited, it is not recommended to use VesiBeta 25 (Mirabegron) for pregnant women.
When using the drug, women of fertile age should use reliable methods of contraception.
It is unknown what effect VesiBeta 25 (Mirabegron) has on human milk production and whether it is excreted in human milk. Therefore, the use of the drug during breastfeeding is not recommended.
